My Backyard

Taken 23 October 2008, the trees still have all of their leaves. If you click on the photo you can enlarge it on your computer. There is a faint hint of color on some of the leaves.

Does anyone remember Aap Noot Mies Wim, etc.

My good friend Pixy (Eva) Bruininkweerd-Tonsbeek from Dordrecht gave me this the last time I was in the Netherlands, which was August-September 2005. Vance and I were there for about 3 weeks and also visited Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Germany before going home to the USA. I am in need of using the serving tray and thought I should take a photo of it before starting to use it as it will get all scratched up.

26 Oct 2009 - New Stop Sign on our T Road

We live on T-road and one day I heard some strange noises. There were some crew men drilling holes and within a day or 2 we had Stop Signs in place on the 3 appropriate places.

18 October 2009 - Autumn @ Ledgewood Drive

This is a photo of our peach tree which grew by itself, we didn't plant it. The leaves have turned lovely and brown.





This is the view taken from our front door looking at the neighbor's house across the street. The name of our street, Ledgewood Drive street name is shown here on the corner.
